By accessing or using our website at https://www.healthylivingnest.com/ (the "Site") and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

• "Services" refers to wealth management, personal loans, credit loans, mortgage loans, investment planning, tax advisory, insurance services, and related consulting.
• "Client" refers to any individual or entity who engages our Services or submits an enquiry.
• "Site" refers to this website and all related subdomains.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use our Services. By submitting any form on this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Services Description

Wealth Revenue Group provides advisory, planning, and lending facilitation services. We act as a fiduciary for investment advisory engagements. Lending products may be offered directly or through licensed third-party lenders and brokers. Insurance products are offered through licensed agents. All services are subject to separate written agreements, disclosures, and applicable law.

4. No Investment Guarantees

All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Information on this Site is for educational purposes only and does not constitute personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. Please consult your individual advisor and the relevant Offering Memorandum, Prospectus, or Form ADV before making decisions.

5. Fees and Billing

• Subscription Plans: Starter ($49/mo), Wealth Builder ($149/mo), Private Client ($399/mo) — billed monthly in advance.
• AUM Fees: 0.50% – 0.95% annually on managed portfolios, billed quarterly in arrears.
• Lending: APR ranges from 7.99% to 24.99% based on creditworthiness. Full disclosures provided at application.
• All fees are disclosed in writing in the Advisory Agreement or Loan Estimate. No hidden charges.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. A pro-rated refund of unused days will be issued. Lending products are subject to the rescission period disclosed in your loan documents. Advisory AUM fees are non-refundable for the quarter in which cancellation occurs.

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• Not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Not attempt to scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Site.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, text, graphics, layouts, designs, code, and trademarks — is the property of Wealth Revenue Group and protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Content & Links

The Site may reference or link to third-party tools, custodians, carriers, and resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealth Revenue Group, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wealth Revenue Group from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of applicable law.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Communication Consent

By providing your email and phone number, you consent to receive transactional, informational, and marketing communications via email, SMS, and phone. You may opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link or our Unsubscribe page. Transactional messages will continue as necessary to service your account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Honolulu, Hawaii under JAMS rules. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.

16. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

You and Wealth Revenue Group agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy shall be resolved by individual arbitration. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed Advisory Agreement, Loan Estimate, or Insurance Application, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wealth Revenue Group.
